About Junior’s

What makes Junior's Cheesecake unique?
Junior's Cheesecake is a pure New York style cream cheese cake. We use only the finest of ingredients including Philadelphia® cream cheese, heavy cream, fresh eggs, sugar and vanilla. Most of our regular cheesecakes have a signature sponge cake bottom-because it's a cake, not a pie!! But seriously, what makes them unique are these high quality ingredients and the fact that we still bake them in small batches of only 88 at a time, hand mixing the ingredients just like you would at home with the same recipe for that last 55 years.

Does Junior's guarantee customer's satisfaction?

YES. All of products come with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are very confident your cake will arrive in perfect condition and be delicious right down to the last bite.

Where are Junior's Cheesecakes made?
All of our cakes are made directly for you in New York. Our bakery retains the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Junior's Cheesecakes are kosher under Kof-K supervision. All of our products are dairy.

How many servings are there in a cheesecake?
There are 12 servings in our 8" cheesecakes and 14 servings in our 10” cheesecakes.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We are experts at processing your large or corporate orders. Please call for bulk or corporate discounts and for further customizing your order including custom-made gift cards with your company logo or printed boxes.

How will my cheesecake arrive?
All of our cheesecakes are delivered frozen in a Junior's signature orange and white striped box. Cakes will be delivered with dry ice depending on the style of cake chosen. As long as the cake is cool to touch, it is perfect for eating even if there is no dry ice remaining in the package. For cakes delivered with dry ice, be sure not to touch the remaining dry ice with bare hands.

What are the handling instructions? Or, what do I do with my cheesecake once it is delivered?
You may consume, refrigerate, or refreeze the cakes. Our cakes will last up to seven days in the refrigerator or up to six months in the freezer. Whichever you choose, your Junior's cake will taste as fresh as if you were enjoying it in one of our restaurants. Cakes can be refrozen.

How should I serve my Junior's Cheesecake?
Cheesecakes should be served at room temperature. If frozen, leave cake overnight in the refrigerator and defrost on counter 3 hours before serving. Otherwise, defrost on counter 4-5 before serving.

What is the best way in which to cut a whole cheesecake?
Cheesecakes are best served at room temperature. Use a warm knife (dipped in hot water) to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife or cake knife works best. Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut. Watch for fast hands trying to grab the cut slices! Enjoy!
